Ordering
Yes this can be emailed to orders@springboardsupplies.co.uk or sent by fax to 0800 471 5088. Once processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation from our Customer Services team.
Although accounts are not mandatory, we recommend creating an account to benefit from account features such as saved addresses, order history and fulfilment tracking.
Yes, we do accept orders from private individuals, along with parents, carers and childminders - you don’t need to be part of a school or organisation.
Although we don't have wholesale pricing, we can offer volume discounts on certain product ranges. Please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Payment & Invoicing
We are able to offer 30-day invoice credit to schools, nurseries, organisations and companies. Simply select the option 'Payment on Invoice' at checkout and an invoice will be generated upon dispatch of goods.
If any further information is required to process your credit application, our Accounts Team will be in touch once your order is placed.
Yes are able to accept cheques and BACS transfer for payment of sales invoices.

Yes, VAT Invoice are available for all orders. Please contact us to request this once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
This depends on your delivery location and the delivery option chosen at checkout. Orders being delivered to UK mainland addresses are delivered within 3 working days, or on the next working day if Next Day Delivery is selected at checkout.
Yes, Next Day Delivery is available for all stocked items. Orders must be received by by 1.00pm to guarantee delivery on the Next Working Day. We do not dispatch at the weekend or on bank holidays, orders received on these days will be dispatched on the following working day.

Certain items in our range are delivered directly from the supplier/manufacturer. These items are clearly marked as such on the product information page with an advisory delivery time. Delivery charge is included for deliveries to addresses within mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles of Scilly). Deliveries outside of this region may incur additional charges. Manufacturer warranty may vary from the standard warranty provided for Direct Delivery items. The majority of orders are dispatched with either Royal Mail or DPD depending on the weight and size of the items ordered.
Yes, upon dispatch you will receive an email notification which will contain the courier tracking information.
Returns and Warranty

Manufacturer warranty is included for most products. Where this is included, the length of the warranty period can be found on the product page. Manufacturer warranty may vary from the standard warranty provided for Direct Delivery items.
Yes we are able to offer a full replacement parts service for many of our items. For further details, please contact us.
Over 99% of our orders are received in excellent condition however sometimes goods can be damaged in transit. If you receive goods in a defective condition, please contact our Customer Services team and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
